Про це начальник Харківської обласної військової адміністрації Олег Синєгубов розповів під час преспідходу.
З початку поточного року російські окупанти посили обстріли обласного центру. За півроку ворог здійснив понад 1500 ударів по Харкову, 200 з яких – ракетні. Наразі інтенсивність обстрілів міста із застосуванням ракет С-300 зменшилась, але загроза залишається.
«Ми пам’ятаємо про найгучніші трагедії цього року - це і Епіцентр, це і типографія, і інші цивільні підприємства, житлові будинки,тощо. Тобто ворог цілеспрямовано намагається чинити терор проти мирного населення. Утім, ситуація дійсно дещо змінилася. Коли сюди приїздив Президент, він обіцяв, що буде прийняти ряд рішень щодо захисту міста Харкова та області. Як наслідок: останнім часом стало в Харкові тихіше. Але звертаємося до жителів: загрози залишаються, втрачати пильнисть не варто», - зазначив Олег Синєгубов.
Крім того, начальник Харківської ОВА розповів про оперативну ситуацію в області. На Півночі області ворог проводить перегрупування та стягує резерви. В районі Вовчанська точаться бої. На Куп'янському напрямку відбуваються штурмові дії у п'яти населених пунктах. Воїни стоять на своїх позиціях, ведуть активну оборону. Втрат позицій за останню добу не допущено.
«Задум окупантів провалився. Вони планували окупувати Вовчанськ та Липці за, умовно кажучи, два дні. Через п'ять днів дійти до міста Харкова і далі продовжити свої дії. Окупанти були зупинені нашими Збройними силами і наразі ведуться активні бойові дії, вживаються заходи щодо, не лише протидії та стримування ворога, а щодо витіснення його за межі території Харківської області», - додав Олег Синєгубов.
Також на Харківщині триває евакуація цивільного населення з низки населених пунктів прикордонних Харківського, Чугуївського, Богодухівського, а також Куп’янського районів. Від 10 травня до більш безпечних тергромад області було евакуйовано 11729 людей. Водночас триває евакуація в примусовий спосіб дітей пільгових категорій та їх опікунів з населених пунктів Золочівської тергромади за межі Харківської області. Із 123 неповнолітніх вже евакуйовано 80.
«Впродовж цього тижня усі діти та їх опікуни пільгових категорій з Золочівщини будуть евакуйовані. Триває так само обов'язкова евакуація по населеним пунктам Золочівської громади. Надалі, можливо, будуть прийняти рішення щодо посилення евакуаційних заходів з цього напрямку і переведення до статусу примусової», - пояснив начальник Харківської ОВА.

"Occupants failed to implement plans to capture Vovchansk, Liptsy and further blockade of Kharkiv", - Oleh Syniehubov
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said this during a press conference.
Since the beginning of this year, Russian occupants have intensified shelling of the regional centre. Over the past six months, the enemy has carried out more than 1,500 attacks on Kharkiv, 200 of which were missile attacks. Currently, the intensity of shelling the city with S-300 missiles has decreased, but the threat remains.
"We remember the most high-profile tragedies of this year - the Epicentre, the printing house, other civilian enterprises, residential buildings, etc. That is, the enemy is deliberately trying to wreak terror on civilians. However, the situation has indeed changed somewhat. When the President came here, he promised that he would make a number of decisions to protect the city of Kharkiv and the region. As a result, it has become quieter in Kharkiv recently. But we appeal to the residents: the threats remain, and we should not let our guard down," said Oleg Sinegubov.
In addition, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration spoke about the operational situation in the region. "In the north of the region, the enemy is regrouping and gathering reserves. Fighting continues in the area of Vovchansk. In the Kupyansk sector, assault operations are taking place in five settlements. The soldiers are holding their positions and conducting active defence. No losses of positions were recorded over the last day.
"The occupants' plan failed. They planned to occupy Vovchansk and Liptsy in two days, relatively speaking. In five days, they were going to reach the city of Kharkiv and continue their actions. The occupiers were stopped by our Armed Forces and active hostilities are underway, measures are being taken not only to counteract and deter the enemy, but also to push it out of the territory of Kharkiv region," added Oleg Syniehubov.
The evacuation of civilians from a number of settlements in the border areas of Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Bohodukhiv and Kupyansk districts is also underway. Since 10 May, 11729 people have been evacuated to safer communities in the region. At the same time, the forced evacuation of privileged children and their guardians from the settlements of Zolochivska community outside Kharkiv region continues. Out of 123 minors, 80 have already been evacuated.
"During this week, all children and their guardians of privileged categories from Zolochiv district will be evacuated. The mandatory evacuation of the settlements of Zolochiv community is also underway. In the future, it is possible that a decision will be made to strengthen evacuation measures in this area and transfer it to the status of compulsory evacuation," explained the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
